Refund Policies


There are several reasons you may want to return a product, and we do our best to accommodate our customers. Below, we offer some tips for the best experience and information about what to do when things go wrong. In general, if we made a mistake then we would be happy to replace the item.  


We want you to have a great experience. We try to ensure that all items are shipped and are not damaged during shipping. In the event something is damaged during shipping, please reach out and we will ask for photos and other information, to try and resolve the issue.


If you order clothing and they do not fit, please contact us for return authorization an information.


Shipping carriers make mistakes too. Packages get lost or stolen. If your tracking information says your order was delivered, but you don't see it, ask people around your house. Look around your mailbox. Check with the shipping carrier. Shipping is a non-refundable service.


Most of the time, we ship orders in a cardboard box. Please do not cut the box open. You risk cutting the products.


Once an order is shipped, we will not issue a refund, until the unused products are returned at your expense. Once received we will process a refund to the payment information used for the order. All returns must be approved, prior to shipment back to our facility. Any returns without prior RMA, will not be processed. All garments must be unworn, and undamaged, with all original packaging and tags. All accessories must be returned unused and unopened.
